Zachary Lindquist, Co-Director
Every Tuesday from 4:30-6:15pm

The Intermediate Chorus is comprised of approximately 50 choristers from grades 4-6. This is the usual entry-level chorus for new members of this age group with vocal readiness and maturity. The Intermediate Chorus provides extensive training in vocal technique, breathing theory, Kodaly sight singing, ear training and the development of performance technique. Choristers remain at this level until they have mastered the skills required to move on to the Advanced Chorus. The period of time varies widely with individuals and can range from 1 to 3 years.

The Intermediate Chorus meets two hours weekly. Performance opportunities include approximately 4 events each fall and spring.
